Lioness and her cub. Early one morning as the light was getting very nice we came across the Enkoyanai pride of Lions in Olare Motorogi Conservancy in Kenya’s Maasai Mara. We found eight adults, one a female with a very small cub (not much over a month of age). Most of the pride set off on a hunt leaving this lioness and her cub to follow along at a more leisurely pace. It was lovely to see this tiny cub bounding through the grass and interacting with some of the sub adult lions. Great to spend time with a lioness and her cub.
