Cheetah grooms her four month old cubs. After a chilly start in the Naboisho Conservancy, Maasai Mara, Kenya, this cheatah family had warmed up enough so her four, four month old cubs could enjoy some grooming. After a big yawn, the mother was able to groom herself. They all soon settled down to rest before an anticipated hunt later in the day. This was the first litter for this young cheetah. She had had six cubs but her inexperience had meant she had lost two along the way. However, she had done very well to get four cubs to four months of age. Such a peaceful encounter as a cheetah grooms her four month old cubs close to Kicheche Valley camp.
