Huge lion pride at dawn. We set off from camp well before dawn heading to the area where we had seen the
Breakaway likisiausiau pride the evening before. We found the lions when it was still dark using a thermal spotting scope. It was a little bit cloudy in the Naboisho Conservancy,i n Kenya’s Maasai Mara but I tried to capture the lion pride as it got progressively lighter. It was interesting to watch the pride as they all woke up to start another day. Lots of yawning and stretching but they were clearly not yet ready for action!.Seeing such huge lion pride at dawn with more than thirty females, subadults and cubs was an awe inspiring way to start our day.
