Leopard cub fools around. Whilst his mother relaxed, this six month old cub had plenty of energy so was happy to play around a small tree but could not resist tormenting his mother. She had recently made a kill and they had both fed well. We had followed them from the kill in Kenya’s Maasai Mara (Naboisho Conservancy) to this bushy area where they could relax in peace. The mother had endless patience as her Leopard cub fools around. A lovely encounter with these big cats.
