Lions chasing Buffalo; Buffalo chasing lions. In the Ngorongoro Crater, a small herd of Buffalo was meandering along the edge of some tall, thick vegetation unaware that some Lions were waiting for them. The hoped for spectacular interaction did not materialise but the Lions had a half-hearted attempt to hunt before the Buffalo got the better of them. The Lions disappeared into the dense undergrowth and were not seen again.
