Thirsty lions. Just as the evening light in the Naboisho Conservancy in Kenya’s Maasai Mara was turning golden, we found more than 25 lions of the Breakaway likisiausiau pride as they emerged from their resting place for the day. We thought they might head straight to a waterhole to drink.We positioned ourselves accordingly and waited. Just as planned they started to arrive and drink. Quite a sight to see so many thirsty lions all drinking together. Success!
