Young Lions play around a tree. In Kenya’s Maasai Mara not far from Kicheche Bush camp, we found a ride of lions. Some of the cubs and juveniles decided it was time for some play. They found a suitable dead tree and began to play. As the rest of the pride carried on the way, these playful lions were obliged to join them and they disappeared from view. Such an enjoyable few minutes as young lions play around a tree. These iconic big cats are always impressive.
