Black Bear scavenging along the river bank. Black Bears had been catching lots of salmon along the shore of Gunk Creek, Lake, Alaska. Some of the time they ate their fish deep in the forest but frequently ate their prey on the river bank. This Black Bear scavenging along the river bank was cleaning up after the other bears and getting some food with little effort.
