Proboscis Monkeys and their tiny babies. As we sailed along the Sekonyer River in Tanjung Puting National Park (Indonesian Borneo) we spotted a female Proboscis Monkey sitting on an exposed branch over the river. She was nursing her very young baby. All was peaceful and then suddenly a second mother and her own tiny baby jumped out from the jungle and joined the first one. It made a fetching sight. Then the second mother dived off into the jungle leaving the first mother in peace. A very nice sequence.
