Young Orangutan plays by swinging from a tree. In Tanjung Puting National Park, Indonesian Borneo we came across this Orangutan with her youngster. Whilst the mother did some grooming the youngster hung from the tree branch and swung from side to side. A very entertaining encounter. The mother looked one with little obvious concern for the safety of her youngster. These arboreal great apes and perfectly adapted to life in trees.
